'Volunteering with the Teddies Uniform Exchange is a great way of meeting other parents and feeling more connected with school. The Uniform Exchange is a fantastic idea which is beneficial for sustainability and the environment by reducing the amount of new uniform put into circulation, providing a stock of reduced price, good quality uniform for parents and raising money for the bursary fund - a win-win-win! All the parents and staff that I have met through volunteering are lovely, and parents that have made use of the Uniform Exchange are immensely appreciative of the facility. It is very rewarding being part of such an enthusiastic team and providing a facility valued by all.'

Adhoc Sorting Support

From time to time, the Friends' Committee and fellow volunteers meet in the Uniform Exchange to sort through new donations. An email will go out to our volunteer base in advance of one of these sessions, and those who are available drop in for a couple of hours. There's no pressure – please do sign up for our volunteering mailing list and join us in the Exchange when you are able to. 

Regular Sale Support 

The Friends' Committee have set up a rota for volunteering at our regular sales and all are welcome to volunteer – it is a great way to meet other parents and Friends of the School while supporting the Exchange facility. For Exhange opening times, please click here.
